The Information Commissioner

The Office of the Information Commissioner is an independent body which is responsible for oversight of Right to Information in Queensland.

The RTI Act also establishes a new Right to Information Commissioner as a deputy to the Information Commissioner, who may be delegated functions of the Information Commissioner under the RTI Act.
